Rates
Fees are for the sitting named, in sterling, and include the printed pack where a pack is part of the programme. They do not include travel, lodging, or a brokerage account.

How a fee is decided
These amounts are fixed for the sitting as described. We do not discount a shorter intensive; if you cannot keep both Saturdays, wait for the next pair. Coaching does not become cheaper if you bring only one chart — the hour is the hour.
Printing from a file you send, when you cannot bring paper, is charged at cost on the day. Large-type packs are at the same fee if you tell us when you enquire.
Deposits
The intensive deposit of £120 is part of the £480, not an extra. It holds the seat. Clinics are paid in full when you book because the Thursday is either running or postponed. Coaching is paid on the day, or in advance if you prefer. Journal reading is paid when the pack is accepted as readable.
What changes a quote
A hired room in Northallerton, if the East Rounton table cannot take the group, may add a small room share, told to you before you pay. Travel to your office is not on offer. We do not run private intensives for a single firm unless the eight-seat rule and the printed-pack method still apply; write if that is what you want and we will say yes or no plainly.
Read the refund and cancellation note before you send a deposit. To hold a seat, write with the dates you can keep.
