Half-day, one family of lines
Oscillator clinic
A Thursday afternoon on a single oscillator family — RSI, MACD, or stochastic — including the ugly cases where the line stays pinned.
- Fee
- £140 per person
- Length
- Thursday 13:00–16:30
- Where
- Teaching room at East Rounton
- Room
- Ten seats
The clinic is for the trader who already 'uses RSI' and has never sat with a page of cases where RSI told a story that price refused to honour. We pick one family of lines so the afternoon cannot dissolve into a catalogue.
Stochastic clinics spend a long time on pinning: the oscillator glued to the extreme while the trend continues. MACD clinics spend it on the histogram versus the signal line — two different sentences, often mixed up. RSI clinics spend it on the difference between a level and a divergence. Confirmation is the last hour, not the slogan on the door.
Who it is for
Traders who know the name of the oscillator and want the failure cases, not another introduction.
What you leave with
A one-oscillator sheet of 'speaks' and 'stays silent' examples, including at least one pinned extreme from a real trend.
Scope
One oscillator family per clinic. We do not survey the whole indicator menu in an afternoon.
On the table
- Printed example pack for that oscillator
- Tea and a short break
- The last hour as a confirmation add-on: when this line is not enough on its own
Not included
- The full intensive syllabus
- A certificate
- Review of your personal journal
How the sitting runs
-
First hour
Construction of the oscillator on paper so the arithmetic is not a mystery.
-
Second hour
Pinned extremes, failed swings, and divergence against the last clear pivot.
-
Last hour
What would count as confirmation beside this line, and what would only be a rhyme.
Preparation
Read the clinic note we send when you book so you arrive already knowing which oscillator is on the table.
Constraints
Clinics run on advertised Thursdays only. If fewer than four people book, we postpone and return the fee.
Who teaches
Priya Raman, with Ellis Ward in the room for the last hour
The next step
Ask which oscillator is scheduled next and hold a seat.
