Refunds and cancellations

This note applies to the programmes we actually offer: the Momentum and Confirmation Intensive, chart-side coaching, oscillator clinics, and journal reading. It does not cover goods we do not sell, software licences, or posted merchandise.

Who to write

Intensive — eligibility and timeframe

If you cancel more than fourteen days before the first Saturday, we return the full amount received, including the £120 deposit, within fourteen days of the request, by the same method you paid (bank transfer if you paid by transfer). If you cancel between fourteen days and 48 hours before the first Saturday, we keep the deposit and return the balance. Inside 48 hours, or if you do not attend Saturday one, the fee is not returned: the pack is printed and the seat cannot be filled in time.

Missed second Saturday

The intensive is both days. Missing Saturday two does not create a half refund. We may, at our discretion, offer a single coaching sitting toward the unused afternoon if you were ill and wrote before noon on that Saturday. That sitting is not a right.

Coaching

Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice and the sitting is not charged. Inside 48 hours, or a no-show, the £95 is payable. If we cancel, you may take a new date or a full refund of any amount already paid.

Oscillator clinic

Cancel more than seven days before the Thursday and we return the £140 in full. Inside seven days we keep the fee unless we can fill the seat; if we fill it, we return the fee minus a £20 administration amount. If we postpone because fewer than four people booked, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next advertised clinic, as you choose.

Journal reading

Before we confirm the pack is readable, you may withdraw and receive a full refund. After we confirm, the £75 is for work already started: reading and the letter. We do not refund a letter you dislike. If the scan is illegible we return the pack unread and refund in full.

Work already started, deposits, materials

Once Saturday one of the intensive has begun, or a coaching hour has begun, or a journal pack has been accepted as readable, that portion of the work is underway. Printed chart packs prepared for you are not returned for resale; they are yours to keep and are not an extra refund item. Lunch not taken is not itemised.

Rescheduling

You may ask once to move an intensive seat to a later advertised pair if you write more than fourteen days ahead; the deposit travels with you. Coaching may be moved once if you give 48 hours' notice. Further moves are treated as a cancellation under the rules above.

How a refund is paid

We pay back by the same method where we can, within fourteen days of agreeing the amount. We do not refund in cash at the door. Processing time at your bank is outside our room.

Exceptions

If we cancel a sitting, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that sitting, or a transfer, as you choose. If the law gives you a right we have not named, that right still applies.
