Terms

These terms govern enquiries, bookings, and attendance at Tech Canvas Point, 95 Ockham Road East Rounton DL6 4PP United Kingdom. By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or taking a seat, you accept them. We may update this page; the version on the day you book applies to that sitting.

Who we are

Tech Canvas Point provides classroom training, coaching sittings, oscillator clinics, and written journal readings on momentum indicators and confirmation techniques. We are not a broker, investment adviser, or authorised financial service. Nothing in a sitting is a recommendation to buy or sell any particular instrument.

Booking

A seat on the intensive is held when we confirm in writing and the deposit named on the rates page is received. Coaching sittings are held when we agree a time in writing. Clinics run only if at least four people have booked; otherwise we postpone and return what you paid. Journal reading begins when we accept the pack as readable and the fee is received.

Your responsibilities

You must attend both Saturdays of the intensive. You must bring the preparation named for that programme. You must not record other traders' charts, names, or remarks without their consent. You remain responsible for any live decision you take before, during, or after a sitting. We do not place trades for you.

Intellectual property

Printed packs, templates, letters, and the wording of drills remain the property of Tech Canvas Point. You may keep your marked copies for your own study. You may not copy the pack for a class of your own, publish the template as a competing syllabus, or record the sitting for sale. Your own charts and journal remain yours.

Conduct in the room

The table is small. We may ask anyone who persistently talks over the drill, films without consent, or treats the sitting as a tip sheet to leave. Fees for a sitting already underway are not returned in that case; see the refund note for work already started.

Liability

Teaching does not make the market obey a rule. We are not liable for trading losses, missed fills, or decisions taken after class. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that English law does not allow us to exclude. For other loss, our liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction where your use of our materials requires it.
